People often go along with what’s happening around them as if that’s just the way things are, not realizing that they are letting themselves be controlled by other people’s energy. That’s very, very different than going with the flow of life.

What’s more important than taking certain actions, or changing your behavior in relation to her, is changing your insides.

You are never controlled by someone outside of yourself. When you clear the limiting decision, you find that your life shifts, no matter what it is that others are doing.

Basically, defense systems are a manipulation. People are manipulating each other practically all of the time, often in very subtle, unconscious ways.

His real needs would have been more like the need for love or acceptance. And those can’t be grabbed or taken from someone else.
