(To Jered) “This is a very interesting question. As you said in your TimeLine Therapy session, the reason you have had difficulty saying ‘no’ to people is because you were so affected by their needs. So that means you are moved by people. It appears in interaction with others, you are a very emotional person who doesn’t express his emotions. (Jered said he does his best to not show his emotions.) If you expressed to people how you are moved by them, that would be powerful. But instead you get moved inside yourself, with no channel for releasing the emotions, so you are overwhelmed, which feels weak. Your emotions don’t go out in interaction with others, and so nothing actually happens. Everything sort of dies there.”
