“What causes people to make limiting decisions is some event occurs in your life that you don’t have the conscious tools to make sense of. You’re in an experience of the unknown. So you make the limiting decision, which is choosing a negative interpretation of what just occurred, rather than standing in the question and allowing an expanded consciousness to come in. After you make the limiting decision you are then invested in proving that it is true, because you think doing this puts you out of a state of confusion. Whereas the more evolved thing to do when something occurs that you don’t understand, is to allow yourself to expand and open to larger possibilities. The solution is to expand beyond your present experience, outside of that limited frame-of-reference. As long as you’re staying on the same ground that you were standing on when you made the limiting decision, you’re not going to find a solution. From that position you can’t conceive of anything else, because you’re locked in that limited perspective. This is why when we do the TimeLine process and are experiencing the event from a larger perspective, you can expand beyond that limited situation to where there always is a solution. You always find the solution, because the truth is life is meant to work. But you have to get off of the ground you’re standing on to realize that.”
