About Higher Consciousness

Transcript Excerpt of Jane’s Teaching in response to a question Cherrie asked during her NLP TimeLine Therapy Session 3/9/09

“Every time you make a limiting decision, it obscures consciousness. It obscures your connection to reality, to the Divine. And then when you clear the limiting decision, it removes the obstacle. So as you remove the limiting decisions, experience becomes more and more transparent until there are no limiting decisions left, and you are totally clear.

A way another level of this can be described is: Before each soul had any incarnations, it was a part of the one. It had no differentiation, with no personal intentions because it didn’t have a distinct consciousness from the one. This oneness was not something it came to from its own strength and its own evolvement of love; it was just a given. As soon as the soul started differentiating, it began a process of gaining consciousness from its own impetus. Souls keep differentiating into different, separate souls as they follow different intentions and interests — thereby adding to the whole. So the individuation of the soul, is an expansion of creation. The more areas a soul wants to explore, the more it adds to the whole consciousness.

As soon as the soul starts differentiating, it generally starts making limiting decisions, because it now has its own consciousness. A part of making limiting decisions is exploring things from all different angles. Limiting decisions block consciousness on the one hand, but they end up opening up more richness through the life experiences and strength the soul gains through working through them. This transformational process is important for the development of the soul, so that it can come to love from its own internal impetus.”
